Where is my smart watch?

I ordered a smart watch on April 6th and it’s still showing that my watch is located in China. Haven’t seen an update on my purchase since April 14th. I’ve been trying to contact someone from China Post with no response. I would really like my watch soon or my money back please. Thanks!

I returned smart watch to Innovation Shopping which apparently is based in China tracking number RN420662287GB and it has been stuck in chinese customs since 15th April. The address of the parcel was sent to Guangzhou Kaipin Trading, 1 South China auto repair factroy, No 262 North Baiyun Avenue, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. Contact name Miss Zhang tel. 13128654083. Would be grateful if you could advise as I would like my refund for this smart watch, Best wishes
