Where is my shipment? Tracking #: AS750242282CN

On the morning of 2023-04-02 08:09 I received an email stating my shipment was arriving soon. It said delivery can take betweem 6 - 8 hours for delivery.
At 20:39 I looked up the tracking number and it shows:
US outbound delivery. 2023-04-03 20:39.
It is now 2023-04-05 16:20 and still no delivery of my shipment. Where is my shipment? It's been 56 hours since my first email on 2023-04-03 08:09 and almost 43 hours since my last notification 2023-04-03 20:39.

The shipment from 11/27/2023 is sitting in Guangzhou and the addressee does not receive it /reference on the Global Packing Tracking site/. The shipment was returned parcel to the seller /it is written on the parcel/р because it does not correspond to the description and does not work for me.
