Where is my shipment EA929085894CN?? Business important

I ordered some electronics pins from Aliexpress and it was supposed to be 7-15 days via EMS EA929085894CN, but now it's 17 days. The problem is that the shipment as per tracking websites 2020-04-05 05:16 Guangzhou, delivered to air transport. That was 5 days ago and not a single update since then. The shipment is very important for the continuity of my business, where is it and why didn't it leave China till now?? Please help...

Hi Mostafa Gaafar,

EMS couldn't be delivere within 15 days now under the effect of coronavirus. It was delivered to air transport on April 5 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-25 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
