Where is my shipment

Been waiting for an item I ordered 11/26/19 shows it arrived at secondary processing center in San Francisco on 12/10/19 but nothing since. Can someone let me know wtf is going on with this and why is it taking so long? The shipment weighs almost 600 pounds so it’s not easy to lose

Can you tell me where tracking number LW272284894CN is now? Order was placed Dec 4 and website started 6-10 days for arrival.
