Salve! Vorrei sapere come mai la mia spedizione con il numero di tracking DU9101168006YM non è mai arrivata al mio indirizzo di Via Lucania 42, 00012 Guidonia Monterotondo, Roma Italia. Il tracking è stato vivo fino al 7 dicembre 2024, e risulta consegnato a Montecchio Emilia e non al mio indirizzo. Potete aiutarmi a capire dove si trova il pacco?
