Can you please tell me why my product was not delivered to me at Birdie Johnson 440 Homer St Galion Ohio 44833 you guys said it was delivered May 24th @14;25 hours --But t was not I was here at this date & time my tracking number is AQ322966822CN this is from China Post

According to the tracking number, it was delivered on May 24 by Galion. If you don't receive it, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I am not understanding why you don't know who delivered this product a outdoor shed to 440 Homer St Galion Ohio Cause the tracking number & information is from you guys not United States if so it would say who delivered it & where they put the item--So do you know where you put this item at my house here in Galion Ohio?
