Can you please advise what the below means?
Why is it that there are no more updates since 24/08/2018? Should I be worried that my package is lost? Is there a way to track where my package currently is?

Hi Agatha,

Don't worry about it. The package with the tracking number starting with UG is an ordinary package of China Post. This kind of package couldn't be tracked after it leaves the first station of China. So, you couldn't get more information after August 24. It usually takes one or two months to reach. Wait patient. If you couldn't get within two months, it may be lost.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
