where is my parcel stuck in Beijing outward OE

Hi ,
My tracking number is EE055331801CN, I looked up and it has been 2 days with no update of the information whatsoever, still shows 27th outward OE, what dies that mean? When can I get my EMS, on the website it shows, to South East Asia only takes 3-6 days. I need the document asap....
