Hi,

Averge arrival time for parcel from China to UK by air is 7-40 days. Your parcel was sent out by the seller on Sep 1. So, I suggest you extend the time of confirm receipt to 40 days and wait for another ten days to see if you could receive it.

Tracking system shows it's still in transit to UK now and hasn't reached UK jet. So, there is no further update in the tracking system. Once it's in UK, I'll inform you here.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
