It has been 3 weeks since my parcel left Singapore. I had 2 parcels that were on the same flight. One of them has been received last week, yet the other parcel is still shown as not having arrived in China. How is it possible that parcels from the same flight have such different processing time, especially when both parcels have the same destination address.

Please help to find where my parcel is. It will be deeply appreciated. Thank you!

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
