Hi jame buckle,

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for one more week to see if there is any update. Contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
