I think you have got it. It shows:
2017-05-02 00:00 -- Your item, posted on 27/04/17 with reference LX321424618CN was delivered in BRINKLOW PDO on 02/05/17.

As it's delivered by Parcelforce, you can contact them to re-deliver if you hasn't got it.
