Where is my parcel LP003217939CN now? Last tracked was on 12th of March and my parcel was still in Guangdong sorting centre. It’s almost end March and still have not receive my parcel.

Hi RinFiz,

Due to the coronavirus, packages sent to Singapore are delayed. It's still stuck in China now. If you can't receive it in time, please contact the seller to give you a solution.

Understand that you said my parcel LP003217939CN will be delayed due to the virus outbreak in China. Probably how long will it take to arrive to Singapore? It has been almost 3 weeks and my parcel is not yet receive in Singapore processing facility. I have contacted the seller and they claimed they are still waiting for response from China Post and it has been their 2nd follow up with China Post. I have purchased other items from China during this outbreak and I have however received them. But, for this parcel why is it still stucked?

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
