Tracking says it is in transit 38 days now. It was shipped on 9 Jul 19 and still hasn't arrived. Every week the "in transit" days get longer and longer. Do you know when it will arrive?

2019-07-10 00:01 - Shanghai, leaving Shanghai to Auckland

It's still in transit to New Zealand now. It should reach recently and there will be further update showing it arrives.
