Where is my parcel?? It’s been nearly 3 weeks with no update.....

I ordered a parcel from China to the UK on the 16th of January and it was posted on the 19th but since then it was not been updated even once.....no signs of movement or anything.

Hi EPiiCxHD,

You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

I ordered from China to US and my package hasn't updated in in over two weeks. It says handed over to airline then it stops. EB728975911CN

Hi rose88,

It was delivered by airline on Sep. 24 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
