China Post got it on Nov. 17. It's in transit in China now. Here is the tracking information available.

2018-11-18 07:31-- Leave the "Postal Yiwu Small Bag Bureau", the next Stop "Yiwu International"
2018-11-18 07:25-- Leave the "Postal Yiwu Small Bag Bureau", the next stop "Sihai Avenue Delivery Bureau"
2018-11-17 21:25-- "Postal Yiwu Small Bag Bureau" has been collected and sent
