Where is my parcel, it hasn’t moved from Shanghai in over a month. I have had to refund my client already as she has waited 6 weeks already. The seller said they don’t know how long it will take either.

It's sent by a cheap way and takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. Also, it couldn't be tracked after leaving for some stations in China. You can only wait for more days to get it.
