Hi Tinashe,

The package was sent out on Sep. 8 in Shenyang and ready to leave Shanghai to cyprus on Sep. 15. But it not pass the customs check or some other reasons it wasn't on plan and was returned to the sender laster. The sender got it on Sep. 24.

The latest tracking shows the sender sent out again on Sep. 24 after got it. It's on the transit way now.
