Hi there, I have queries over the location of my 6 parcels from Guangzhou to Singapore. The tracking numbers are EV990119249CN, EV990582465CN, EV990890174CN, EV991075694CN, EV991432855CN, EV991719672CN. Can you help me check why is it taking so long for it to reach Singapore, they are all stuck at the same spot for a long time now. It is express delivery and it usually reaches after 7-11 days but this time it is taking too long,

Hi Yong_Jie_Loh,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on August 10, August 13, August 15, August 17, August 19, and August 21 seperately and are in transit to Singapore now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My 6 parcels has been labelled as 'handed over to carrier' for a long time now. But on the app, it is still not labelled as on transit to Singapore. It is stuck at the step 'handed over to carrier' The tracking numbers are EV990119249CN, EV990582465CN, EV990890174CN, EV991075694CN, EV991432855CN, EV991719672CN. Can you answer on why it is taking so long for 6 of them to fly to Singapore?

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
