WHERE IS MY PARCEL???????

My parcel, # CJ458928934US left customs on February 24. It went to a distribution center on February 25 and then mysteriously disappeared. I am seriously angry.

Hi Catlady69,

You need to contact the receipient in China and let him call China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and check what happens to it as soon as possible.

I did contact China Post at that number. They said the parcel is lost. I do not understand how it could get lost. It left customs and then went to a distribution center.

Please offer a suggestion that is actually useful

If it's lost, you need to contact USPS to compensate it for you.

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
