Hi. I ordered item from ebay. but I didn't it yet. What's happened. Seller said that the item shipped. Please, explain my problem.

What does "[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] has been exported to open" mean? Did you shipped my item? My item's tracking number is 89065765056. Please, reply it.

Hi mehman,

"[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] has been exported to open" is a checking process before it's exported.

89065765056 belongs to a China Post ordinary small packet. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it as it's not registered. So, there will be no update after "[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] has been exported to open" .

You are expected to get your parcel in two or three months.

It's sent by China Post ordinary small packet plus which usually takes two or three months to reach your country.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
