I purchased some items online and had money debited from my account on 21/09 but am still awaiting the arrival of these items. The company i transacted with are not being helpful and simply tell me to be patient.
Where is my parcel? I am concerned that the company are fraudulent! When will my parcel arrive?

It was delivered by airline on October 26 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
