30 to 60 days is ridiculous . how can china post justify such enormous delay and such a lack of efficiency . Why do you push all potential clients to buy services from DHL , Fedex etc ? Pls explain this to me and I suggest you don't use the covid excuse .
The reason why I am upset is that all those private courier services only take the more profitable routes and places and avoid to serve the more distant places. The national postal services instead cover the whole country and offer a public service . By having such a long delay you push clients to those services , loosing money etc etc and the next step will be a reduction of the services etc etc until i years maybe there will be no such thing as a national postal service and public service. Very very sad.

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. It was delivered by airline on July 27 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Switzerland. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
