Where is my parcel?

I ordered a parcel and it has not been tracked since it was handed over to air transport on the 23rd April 2020. Can you tell me what has happened to it?

Hi Clarkey,

It has left China in May and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I ordered my package on March the 27th but its been at Shanghai airport since the 15th of April. It hasn't got any new updates on if it's moved anywhere, is my parcel lost or will it take more time due to COVID-19.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
