I brought a item off Ebay in February and it is nearly the end of April. The last notification I got on tracking was airline departed and that was on the 10th March then nothing. Where is UJ072734964CN?

It has left China on March 9 and is still in transit to Austrlia now. If you couldn't receive it before May 9, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
