Where is my parcel?

Hi. Can you help me? My order is wrriten that is "hand over to airline" from 25 of March. And now is 7th of April. Seller said that it took maybe in customs. But even my local post office doesn't find tracking number. Is like that, that is corona virus or other reason? Other parcel searcher find tracking number but it is said that hand over to airline.
Maybe you can take a look or what where is my package located? Tracking number : RB932286131SG

Hi Aine,

It was handed over to airline on March 25 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be update when it arrives in your country.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
