Where is my parcel?

My parcel haven't arrived and the last updates I can see in your tracking system is from March 11th saying 'Already handed over to airlines for transportation,Henan Sheng Zhengzhou city'. My tracking number is LO851183548CN. Can you please tell me where the parcel is now and when I can expect it to arrive ? Thank you in advance.

Hi Jessica,

It has left China on Dec. 2 and is in transit to Denmark now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it's in Denmark. Please wait patiently.

It is not possible that it should have left on Dec. the 2nd as I made the order in February. Are you sure you have looked up the correct order: LO851183548CN ?

Sorry, it has left China around March 18 and is in transit to Denmark now.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
