Where is my parcel?

Tracking parcel from Russia #CB037493635RU,
The parcel was sent to China on the 17th of November and arrived to Beijing on the 28th, but now it's been 3 weeks already and I still haven't received it yet (though I'm in Beijing too). The tracking status hasn't been updated since then. Is it possible somehow to receive the parcel directly at the main post office or at least to know what has happened to it?

It's not normal for it. It may be lost on the way or stuck there. You'd better contact China Post by calling their service number 11185 (then 8 for English service) to check it.
