Where is my parcel?

hello! Tracking number of my parcel is EA221657889CN, i sent it 29th of March, and last time it shows it came to the USA customs, where is the parcel now? and why it's taking that long?

Hi Arai,

I checked it for you and find the parcel has handed over to USPS in CHICAGO on 2016-03-31 08:10. The tracking system shows the present status is: Inbound Into Customs, Your item is being processed by United States Customs.

I'm not sure why it takes so may days to process. You'd better ask USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
