Hello, my parcel should go to Russia, but now 1 week it is in Guangzhou go to different offices, why? RR907204776CN

Hi Anna,

The parcel couldn't leave China due to some reasons and it's returned back to the sender. The sender will get it today. You'd better contact the sender to ask for re-delivery if you still want it.

Hi Anna,

China Post delivered it on August 26 and 27 but failed. Have you left the right phone number for the carrier to contact you when deliver it to you? Tracking information shows it's being delivered today. You'd better contact China Post to ask if you couldn't get it today. Call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
