Hi Anna,
China Post delivered it on August 26 and 27 but failed. Have you left the right phone number for the carrier to contact you when deliver it to you? Tracking information shows it's being delivered today. You'd better contact China Post to ask if you couldn't get it today. Call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service).
