Hello, I placed 3 orders a few weeks ago that were supposed to come with Chinapost. Unfortunately they didn't arrive and the tracking shows that they have already been delivered. I ask for a timely answer where the packages are. Kind regards

Hi Susanne,

HHH0000064386YQ was delivered on October 26.
HHH0000064315YQ was delivered on October 26.
HHH0000061763YQ was delivered on October 22.

They are shipped by Haihehui Logistics. You need to let the seller check them for you through contacting the logistics if you don't receive them.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
