I need help with my parcel. the seller has sent me a replacement as my last one was sent back but now this oje hasn't updated in days. where is it and how long will it take to get to the UK? Tracking number LV312769054CN

Hi amaster9699,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 21 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
