Where is my packet ?

Hello,

I have been waiting for a package for a month (AS188278749CN). According to the package, attached to this email, it has been blocked since November 5, 2020 in the same place.
Could you give me information on the delivery time in France?

Hi Rogeron,

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address or stuck somewhere for a long time. It may be a scam. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
