where is my packet ?

I see a not properly cast in the tracking of the parcel LX208959964CN; while Amazon is suggesting to contact the courier.
Please let me know how to contact your delivery agent here in Italy

Hi Andrea,

In your country, the packet has handed over to Poste Italiane and they delivered it to you. You can contact Poste Italiane to find your packet.

My tracking number shows its been delivered but the tracking information says its in Vancouver. I have sent 5+emails with no help.I just want the items I paid for!

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
