My only update was on November 29th for the shipment information being received. It was supposed to have arrived long ago, may I know where my package is?

Hi Xavier,

It's sent by YunExpress by the seller. We checked it and found only the following information is available. This usually because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
