Hello I shipped a package to a friend in china. I am in the United States. He has not received the package yet and I checked the tracking number and it says it is in Shanghai. He does not live in Shanghai, why is it there? Will it be delivered to him eventually or returned to me? Here is the information can you tell me what is happening.
