Why do you still have my package? I received the tracking number 11/12. You are showing received 11/25. Today is 12/9, and you still have it. Tracking number LS142328280CN. I was supposed to receive this within 10-12 days, and it has been a month since I ordered it.

It left China on Dec. 2 and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
