Where is my package? Tracking info says "exported sealed".

Where is my package, tracking #CP358403390CN? The last tracking info was Nov 11 and it said "exported directly sealed". It is now Nov 20 and I have not received my package. :-(

Hi, my package was not delivered to me and they said it was available for pickup but didn't give information about where I should pick up there was also no updated tracking information for US numbers so I couldn't call for redelivery and they are sending my package back I need to know a US tracking number for it to reclaim it so they don't send it back I need help please
