My tracking ID DU9100561690YM says it has been delivered on 15 September 2024. I have not received the package at my address. The USPS has no information regarding this package. This is not the first time 17Track has not delivered my package even though they say they have. It is being reported to the fraud department and BBB if I don’t receive the ice making machine within 5 business days of this complaint.

The other tracking usual show update in few day as:

But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
