My tracking ID DU9100561690YM says it has been delivered on 15 September 2024. I have not received the package at my address. The USPS has no information regarding this package. This is not the first time 17Track has not delivered my package even though they say they have. It is being reported to the fraud department and BBB if I don’t receive the ice making machine within 5 business days of this complaint.

It's shipped by Zhong You Ya Mao Logisitcs (中邮亚贸). Tracking information shows it was delivered on September 15. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
