where is my package please

hi my tracking number is LX133326728CN,
I've been waiting sometime for the delivery it says "sender preparing item " for 2 months now. Could you kindly give me some help in where the item is and when I may receive delivery.

Hi Riz,

It's still in transit to UK and hasn't arrived. To my experience, it should be reached in this month. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
