Where is my package, no update in one month

Hi my parcel was shipped on October 26 and the last update was on November 6th. I was told that it was shipped to the Philippines on flight PR 383 but my package is supposed to be going to Canada. Do you know when I can expect an update? How long are packages taking to Canada right now that have to stop in the Philippines. Is the shipping label correct? Why did my parcel go from China to the Philippines? When will the parcel be on its way to Canada? My tracking number is EB755178364CN
