Where is my package I’ve been waiting since march

Where is my package and why hasn’t it scanned into the us yet? I’ve been waiting way to long since March It says New York arrival on July 4th and hasn’t moved since, I’m starting to think it’s lost. I paid over $650 for my items and I still don’t have them, this is very frustrating. Tracking number CP397267912CN

Hi Robert,

It's still stuck there and hasn't handed over to USPS. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a soution if you still couldn't receive it untill August 15.
