Where is my package it has been stuck in a sorting center for 2 months.

I ordered a small package in August and since September 13th it has been in a sorting center in the USA. It should have been handed off to the USPS a while ago. I contacted the seller about this and they told me to contact the global cainiao company but they are simply the website where the tracking link that the seller gave me directs me to. Regardless, when I click contact us in global cainiao the link says access denied. I am unsure if I should just wait more or should I just try and get a refund through my bank.

Hi Matteo,

The seller should contact Cainiao company to check it for you. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
