Where is my package. Is has not been picked up

Hi Enreiko,

EMS is not as fast as before due to the coronavirus. It was delivered by airline on October 13 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
