Where is my package in transit

Im wondering why my package is taking over a month and still counting. Ive bought with epacket with diff sellers and ordered them later but they still arrived earlier than this one. What is happening, is it slower because its shipped in a box ?

Hi Hang,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for e-packet packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

The package is in transit for 28 days. The last update on package location received on April 8.
What it is stuck for so long in transit?
Is there any other way to fasten it?

Hi, my package UU216523076CN has been "in transit in transit station" for 12 days now.
What does this status mean ? Can you give more informations about the location of my package ? Should I be worried about this ?
