Where is my package?! HELP!!!!

My package shipping tracking number LY585301064CN has not been updated with any information since the Dec. 11th! It is now Dec 15th and this is something for all 4 of my kids for Christmas. Where could it be that there has been no update in 4 days? Please help.

Hi Con,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Dec.11 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
