where is my package from Croatia !!??

Hello,
13.8. I sent package from Croatia for China to return cloth for Rosymery firm. I have no news where it is and they claim it is somewhere on duty affairs at local postal office. This is reference numnber RF082874422HR so please give me email from local post so that I can sent them bill from Rosymery so that they can send them this package and that I can receive my money back.

It's too late. This package is alreay on the way back to you. It left China on October 13 and is on the way to Croatia.
