Hi. Can you please let me know why my package has not arrived Guangzhou Exchange Station and been delivered to air transport? I’ve ordered many times and used EMS as a shipping method. Usually it takes a day Guangzhou International to arrive at Guangzhou Exchange Station and it’s usually delivered to air transport the same day? So what is going on please and why hasn’t it been delivered to air transport for 13 days? This is why it hasn’t arrived in the UK isn’t it? Please help me. I need the parcel urgently

Hi been expecting a parcel for a while now. It says it’s at Guangzhou International, next stop Guangzhou Exchange. Can you tell me why it hasn’t arrived at Guangzhou Exchange please? Is there any issues? I’ve been waiting a while for the parcel now.

I ordered from ebay in March and my package still hasn't arrived, it says it was delivered to airline in Guangzhou but that was MONTHS ago. My tracking number is UJ248738864CN. I contacted the seller and they didnt know the answer but were able to refund half and keep the package when it eventually arrives, but when is that? What is going on in Guangzhou that people aren't getting their packages for months and months?
