It has now been over a month since the last entry. Can you tell me how long shipment will usually take? Why doesn't show if it has left China? Thank you.

This package is sent from US by using USPS. You'd better contact USPS to ask why there is no update for such a long time.

My parcel number is CJ537820435US. I shipped this package from US on 08-30-2017. It has not moved since the 7th of September. I have filed an investigation with USPS. Can someone tell me where they think the package is. It shows that it is still in customs but why? Is this normal.

My package is being returned finally after weeks of just sitting in customs. The tracking number shows that it has gone through customs but nothing else. Can you tell me if it is on the way back to the US? Or is it stuck in customs or China Post? It was shipped via Priority Mail but is it being shipped back now by boat? How long will it take? Thank you.
