Been waiting about a month now for my package and was wondering where it’s at I tracked it said it was in Canada but I would of thought it would be here by now tracking number is AQ472510052CN

Hello, I need help with two packages that have been stuck in transit without an update for over a month, there are 2 that I’m waiting, RV497066564CN, RV486833747CN. At first I thought it was because of the pandemic and mail was delayed, but it has been over a month and nothing is happening, can you tell me when or if my package will arrive to me at any time because I’m getting tired of waiting and all I get from the seller is that I need to wait, that it’ll be delivered by dec 15 for one and with the other that I need to wait more time but at this point i don’t know if I’ll ever get my package

I have been waiting at least a month for my package and I am fully aware of the Covid-19 pandemic. But my package has not moved I over a month do I need to request my refund and move on with this?
